Guidelines/Requirements/Qualifications easy as 1-2-3

• Students that qualified/received for free and/or reduced lunch for the 2007-08 school year.
• Parent must obtain & complete SES form provided by student’s school and return to school district for approval.
• Once form is approved by school district personnel, student’s start immediately.
